Video Production Coordinator (with Scripting Expertise)
Position Overview:
Experience of working with Govt./PSU clients is mandatory.
We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled Video Production Coordinator to manage the end-to-end workflow of content-driven projects including films, TVCs, documentaries, radio spots, jingles, and event creatives.
Along with overseeing production timelines and client communication, the Content Coordinator will also:
- Script and develop content for TVCs when required.
- Represent the team in client-facing film/TVC presentations.
- Manage and organize the company's content repositoryincluding event photos, videos, and final project deliverables (final film/video files)with proper categorization and archiving for easy retrieval.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the production process to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and creative vision.
- Coordinate with creative teams, scriptwriters, and clients to develop compelling concepts and scripts for TVCs, documentaries, radio spots, and digital films.
- Review storyboards, scripts, and rough cuts to maintain creative quality and consistency.
- Provide creative input and feedback throughout the production process to ensure alignment with the brand's identity and project objectives.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and production teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects.
- Schedule and organize pre-production and post-production meetings (including with editors) while tracking production timelines.
- Coordinate internal work allocation with in-house editors and ensure timely execution.
- Prepare and present decks, pitch notes, and visual presentations related to films, TVCs, and video projects.
