Job Title: Unity Developer – Team Lead Location: (on-site) Ahmedabad Experience: 4 – 5 Years Salary: 7.8 to 8 LPA About The Role Are you a passionate game developer ready to take the lead and build the next big gaming experience? We’re looking for a Unity 3D Team Lead who thrives on challenges and has a proven track record in multiplayer casual games (Poker, Rummy, Ludo, Fantasy Sports) and high-performance 3D titles (Car Racing, Fighting, RPGs). Key Responsibilities <ul><li> Lead Unity development team and deliver multiplayer & 3D games.</li><li> Architect gameplay systems using Unity & C#.</li><li> Collaborate with designers, artists, and backend developers.</li><li> Optimize game performance across platforms.</li><li> Manage sprints, code reviews, and mentor developers.</li><li> Integrate APIs, multiplayer networking, payment systems, and analytics. </li></ul>What We’re Looking For <ul><li> 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Unity 3D & C#.</li><li> Mandatory: 4–5 years of experience with Socket.io</li><li> Strong portfolio of released titles in: </li></ul>Multiplayer Casual Games – Poker, Rummy, Ludo, Fantasy Sports. 3D Games – Car Racing, Fighting, RPGs. <ul><li> Expertise in Unity animation, physics, lighting, shaders, and performance optimization.</li><li> Experience with multiplayer frameworks (Photon, Mirror, or custom solutions).</li><li> Knowledge of backend integration (Node.js, Firebase, etc.).</li><li> Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.</li><li> Understanding of UI/UX principles for mobile and 3D gaming and proven ability to lead teams, mentor juniors, and conduct architectural discussions. </li></ul>Preferred Skills <ul><li> Live game ops, in-app purchases, ad integration.</li><li> Game analytics (Unity Analytics, Game Analytics).</li><li> Android/iOS/WebGL publishing experience.</li><li> Git, Jira, CI/CD knowledge. </li></ul>What We Offer <ul><li> Competitive salary & performance-based bonuses</li><li> Opportunity to lead and innovate multiple game projects</li><li> Work with a highly passionate and talented team</li><li> Access to cutting-edge game development tools and technologies </li></ul>If you are driven by creativity, technical excellence, and enjoy working in a fast-paced game development environment, this is the perfect role for you to grow and make an impact.
