UNIT MANAGER - AGENCY NORTH
ICICI Prudential Life is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Unit Manager to join their Agency team in the North region. This is a full-time, permanent sales role focused on building and managing a successful team of financial advisors. The Unit Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities Identify and recruit high-quality advisors to build a strong advisor base. Provide continuous training on products, business processes, and selling techniques. Assist advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and business development. Ensure advisors provide appropriate financial solutions to customers based on need analysis and adhere to business processes. Achieve monthly business targets for new business generation and advisor recruitment. Ensure sales through the advisor team aligns with all business quality metrics. Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns and validate them with authorities. Exercise due diligence to prevent unauthorized/fraudulent transactions. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field. 0-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, sales experience is preferred. Strong sales acumen and a passion for achieving targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to be mobile and work across locations. Preferred Skills / Attributes Experience in the insurance or financial services industry. Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate a sales team. Strong understanding of financial products and services. Excellent lead generation and business development skills. Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
