We are seeking a skilled Thermal Engineer to join our R&D Centre and lead the design and development of next-generation refrigeration systems and thermal management solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong subject knowledge in Refrigeration, Heat Transfer, and Thermodynamics, with experience in analytical design for thermal systems and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform heat load calculations and thermal analysis for refrigeration systems.
- Design and optimize cooling and heating devices using analytical and simulation methods.
- Utilize advanced design and simulation software for thermal and fluid flow modeling.
- Apply strong knowledge of Refrigeration Cycle parts and systems in product development.
- Research and integrate market trends into innovative designs and technologies.
- Contribute to new technology development and define unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver prototypes and production-ready solutions.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong subject knowledge in Refrigeration, Heat Transfer, and Thermodynamics.
- Ability to perform analytical design for thermal systems.
- Innovative mindset with capability to think beyond conventional solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Refrigeration / Thermal Engineering / Fluids and Thermal Engineering / Energy from a reputed institute.
- 5–9 years of experience in refrigerator design and development.
