Telesales/Telemarketing Executive
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Make daily outbound calls to potential buyers from the provided database.
* Pitch residential and commercial properties confidently and persuasively.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate options.
* Schedule and manage property site visits with clients.
* Accompany clients on site visits across various locations in Gurgaon.
* Regularly follow up with leads to ensure conversions and deal closures.
* Maintain detailed records of calls, client interactions, and visit outcomes.
* Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
*Requirements:*
* Proven experience in telesales, with preference given to real estate background.
* Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Willingness to travel within Gurgaon for client visits.
* Highly motivated, confident, and result-oriented attitude.
* Familiarity with Gurgaons real estate market is a strong advantage.
* Proficiency in Hindi with basic English communication.
* Two-wheeler for travel (preferred but not mandatory).
