The candidate shall be a part of the team at TATA 1mg that closely works on healthcare programs and projects around disease areas, with a focus on patient centricity.What will you do Responsible for leading and managing patient navigators assigned to government institutes, ensuring efficient program execution, compliance with guidelines, and seamless coordination between field teams and stakeholders.Project & Program ManagementData & Quality OversightStakeholder Coordination Liaise with Hospitals/ HCPs / Patients where required. Represent the organization in field-level reviews, partner meetings, or training events.Travel and On-ground Support Travel (15-20% of the time) to key locations across India for field supervision, training, and program assessments.
