Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets.

  • Allocate requirements, monitor performance, and ensure timely closures.

  • Act as the primary client contact for understanding mandates and sharing updates.

  • Manage client escalations, feedback, and weekly reviews.

  • Ensure high-quality sourcing, screening, and pipeline management.

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and team productivity reports.


Requirements

  • 3-10 years of experience in a recruitment agency/firm.

  • Strong team management & client-facing skills.

  • Proven ability to deliver on multiple hiring mandates.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management.
