The day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with full-life cycle recruiting, sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, contributing to employer branding strategies, and supporting the hiring process. The intern will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the high standards of staffing that Elite Butlers is known for.<br></p> <strong>Qualifications<br></strong> <ul><li>Experience or interest in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes</li><li>Knowledge or enthusiasm in Hiring and Employer Branding strategies</li><li>Strong skills in Interviewing and talent assessment</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills for handling candidates professionally</li><li>Ability to work and coordinate in an on-site, fast-paced environment</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (ongoing or completed)</li><li>Passion for talent acquisition and understanding workforce needs in the luxury hospitality space</li></ul>
