<strong>About The Opportunity<br><br></strong><strong>Role: </strong>Supply Category<br><br><strong>Level: </strong>Deputy Manager/ Manager<br><br><strong>Reporting to: </strong>Senior Manager - Supply Category<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Gurgaon<br><br><strong>About The Function<br><br></strong><strong>The Independent Hotels team</strong> , part of the <strong>Domestic Hotel Supply function</strong> , is responsible for managing the supply of independent hotels across India. The team oversees more than 70,000 hotels that are contracted on our platform.<br><br>At the heart of the business is the <strong>Supply Category team</strong> — the strategic and analytical powerhouse that drives the organization’s goals. The team leads high-impact projects, accelerates supply-side performance, and identifies opportunities to scale efficiently and profitably. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the Supply Category team enhances partner outcomes and powers overall business growth.<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>This role is central to driving supply growth through strategic, data-backed initiatives. As part of the Supply Category team, the incumbent will be responsible for identifying opportunities to unlock performance and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance partner outcomes and business metrics. Success in this role will require strong analytical capabilities, a proactive mindset, and a keen eye for scalable impact. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the most dynamic and high-ownership business verticals.<br><br><strong>What Will You Be Doing<br><br></strong><ul><li> Leading strategic, cross-functional projects to improve key supply metrics and enhance the partner experience. </li><li> Generating actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making and business execution. </li><li> Designing and managing dashboards/reports—published by the central analytics team—to effectively track KRAs and KPIs for the supply category. </li><li> Preparing impactful presentations for leadership reviews and strategic business discussions. </li><li>Collaborating with Category and Revenue teams to drive growth in room nights and GMV.</li><li> Identifying and implementing process enhancements to enable efficient scaling of the category. </li><li> Ensuring alignment with business goals by providing timely and relevant data-driven support. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualification & Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>MBA from a reputed institute with 6-9 years of experience, preferably in strategy, growth or category management.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create insightful reports and impactful presentations.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.</li><li>Skilled at multitasking and collaborating across teams, while managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Role<br><br></strong>Key Success Factors for the Role:<br><br><ul><li>Ability to extract insights from data, build dashboards, and support strategic decision making through metrics-driven analysis.</li><li>Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives that drive supply performance, partner experience, and business growth.</li><li>Strong business acumen with a focus on identifying growth levers, optimizing processes and aligning with organizational priorities.</li></ul>
