Student Progress Mentor - Internship


About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Mentor Allocation: Each mentor handles 5 students per month, with two sessions, approximately 20 minutes for each student (one in the 2nd week of the month and one in the 4th week of the month).
2. Preparation: Before each session, review the student's attendance, marks, mock tests, behavior, and completed tasks.
3. Session Focus: During the 20-minute session, assess the student's emotional well-being, academic readiness, and ability to handle pressure.
4. Follow-Up: All remaining working time in the month (outside the two scheduled sessions) should be dedicated to mid-month text check-ins, progress tracking, and student follow-ups, especially for middle-tier students who require consistent support.
5. Reporting: The remaining time should also be used to prepare and submit detailed reports after each session, documenting performance insights, observations, improvement tasks, and next steps.

  2. can start the work from home job/internship between 25th Nov'25 and 30th Dec'25
  3. are available for duration of 3 months

Stipend:

INR₹ 3,000 - 4,500 /month

Additional information:

  • Stipend Structure:
    Fixed pay: ₹ 2,000 - 3,000 /month
    Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 1,500 /month
  • Note:

    1. Conduct one mentoring session on Zoom with a student; the session recording will be reviewed and audited.
    2. Participate in the mandatory mentor training program before beginning formal mentoring duties.
    3. Once selected and onboarded, mentors are required to commit to a minimum of 3 continuous months of service and cannot discontinue the role midway.
