Store Stylist / Fashion Consultant

You are a skilled Store Stylist / Fashion Consultant for Anita Dongre. As part of your role, you will be responsible for outfitting and accessorizing customers, suggesting appropriate attire for various occasions, providing consultation to customers for sales, assisting customers in selecting outfits based on events, aiding customers during trials, participating in visual merchandising of the store, achieving individual/store sales targets, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and maximizing sales and profitability through excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Outfitting and accessorizing customers - Suggesting appropriate attire for different occasions - Providing sales consultation to customers - Assisting customers in selecting outfits for events - Aiding customers during trials - Participating in store's visual merchandising - Achieving individual/store sales targets - Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures - Maximizing sales and profitability through excellent customer service Skills: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to leverage customer behavioral, lifestyle, and demographic data - Strong knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes, fabrics, and designer labels Qualifications: - 2-6 years of experience in Retail, preferably from a luxury background - Any Graduate/Diploma Holder If you are passionate about fashion, have excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of customer preferences, you are encouraged to apply for the Store Stylist / Fashion Consultant position at Anita Dongre.
