Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage all operations related to ES (Express Stores) for Blinkit in the designated region/location - full ownership of the express store's operational SLA and metrics.
• Lead all aspects of express store operations, including but not limited to inbound, inventory, last-mile operations, manpower management, rostering, and training.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to all SOPs as part of express store operations.
• Performance monitoring and collaborating with operations teams on operational/customer experience metrics, including root cause analysis of problems and planning corrective actions.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a full Express stores team within a time-sensitive and demanding operational environment.
• Ensuring safety & quality compliance across the premises.
• Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Operations and Finance, to create effective business plans.
• Process enhancement, improving SLA and rest factors.
