Sr. Executive- Content Marketing
<p>As a Video Strategist, you will play a key role in building the Simplilearn brand by identifying and extracting powerful testimonials of our customers, who have upskilled with Simplilearn and have had a significant impact in their career and lives. You would be leading the end-to-end process for testimonials, including pipeline creation, storyboarding, video production, and distribution across multiple channels/ platforms. This is a high-impact role and will involve working with cross-functional teams such as sales, content marketing, product marketing, product and customer success.</p><p>.</p><p>Duties and Responsponsibilities :</p><ul><li>Identify and connect with the Simplilearn alumni based to capture their career success stories</li><li>Brainstorm concepts and storyboards with the team</li><li>Develop learner testimonial scripts</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Social Media, video production, and content teams</li><li>Deep understanding of the audience to engage in powerful conversations</li><li>Understand the pain points, learning journey, and career outcomes of Simplilearn's US customers and translate them into testimonials in text and video format</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Social Media, video production and content teams for leveraging testimonials to build brand credibility</li><li>Partner with internal stakeholders to identify, communicate and implement solutions for critical business issues and opportunities related to the process</li><li>Own end-to-end video production - the planning, publishing & distribution pipeline</li><li>Measure effectiveness and performance of testimonial videos on various paid and organic channels</li></ul><p>Desired Candidate Qualifications :</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field or equivalent practical experience</li><li>Minimum 2 years of video production experience with superior people management skills</li><li>Excellent written, verbal communication, and storytelling skills</li><li>Metrics-driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights</li><li>Experience working with digital advertising products and their distribution channels</li><li>Prior experience in ad tech or a marketing agency, or product strategy, consulting, or business operations with customer-centric role</li><li>Highly collaborative and team-oriented work style</li><li>Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion</li><li>Strong writing skills</li><li>Good eye for detail</li><li>Ability to conceptualize and develop storyboards</li><li>Strong and comfortable in collaborating with learners across geographies</li><li>A self-starter with a sense of ownership and responsibility is preferred</li></ul><p><br></p>
