About the job:
Key responsibilities:A. Podcast Execution & Management
1. Plan, script, and schedule podcast episodes for Luxury Cloud & Warehouse.
2. Coordinate with guests, collaborators, and PR teams for participation.
3. Manage camera and editing teams for smooth recording and post-production.
4. Host podcast episodes when required.
5. Ensure consistent release of episodes (minimum one per week).
6. Invite, manage, and coordinate guest appearances including Mudita and Sudhanshu on external podcast platforms.
7. Oversee editing and ensure all podcast episodes meet high-quality standards.
B. Social Media & Content Management
1. Manage Luxury Cloud's Instagram and WhatsApp community for engagement and promotions.
2. Contribute creative ideas to the content calendar and ensure execution with relevant teams.
3. Coordinate with editors for reels, voiceovers, and video shoots.
4. Upload finalized content on Luxury Cloud's YouTube channel with optimized captions, thumbnails, hashtags, and SEO practices.
5. Track insights and analytics to improve reach optimize thumbnails, captions, Shorts, ads, and overall content strategy.
C. PR, Collaborations & Outreach
1. Connect with hoteliers, PR teams, collaborators, and partners for shoot opportunities and brand visibility.
2. Identify and pursue promotional tie-ups and partnership opportunities.
3. Coordinate cross-promotions and influencer partnerships with internal teams.
D. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
1. Contribute ideas for 360 marketing strategies across podcasts, CKM College, social media, WhatsApp promotions, and client broadcasts.
2. Plan and execute performance marketing and social media campaigns.
3. Stay updated on travel trends and coordinate with the travel team for offers and promotions.
4. Draft, maintain, and review weekly and 12-week marketing calendars to ensure timely execution.
E. Research, Learning & Growth
1. Analyze podcast and campaign performance to identify improvement areas.
2. Research new digital marketing tools and trends for improved engagement and conversions.
3. Learn and apply methods to create viral content using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
4. Continuously upgrade skills through marketing and content-related courses.
