Full Job Description – Social Media Manager

Social Brillz is seeking a creative, dedicated, and results-oriented Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence across all major platforms. We are also looking for someone who can write compelling content — a social media manager with strong content writing skills and extra creative talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with Social Brillz’ brand goals.
• Manage daily posting, engagement, and interactions across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and curate visually appealing, high-quality content — posts, reels, stories, and short videos.
• Write engaging, grammatically strong content and captions for all creatives and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent brand tone, style, and messaging.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and platform changes for fresh and relevant content ideas.
• Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and inquiries to maintain a strong brand presence.
• Coordinate with influencers, photographers, and creative partners for shoots and collaborations.
• Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, contests, and brand promotions.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹16,500 per month
