Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive (Home Decor)
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>● Plan, curate, and manage daily social media content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.</p><p>● Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives, campaigns, and product launches.</p><p>● Coordinate with design and content teams to create high-quality visuals and videos.</p><p>● Track platform analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and optimize content strategy.</p><p>● Engage with the community—respond to comments, DMs, and user interactions.</p><p>● Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers (macro, micro, nano) aligned with brand aesthetic.</p><p>● Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets.</p><p>● Create briefs, campaign directions, and creative guidelines for influencer content.</p><p>● Track influencer performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and maintain detailed reporting.</p><p>● Build long-term relationships with creators and agencies.</p><p>● Brainstorm and propose social-first campaign ideas.</p><p>● Ensure consistent brand tone, storytelling style, and aesthetics across all touchpoints.</p><p>● Explore new formats like Reels, trends, UGC, and collaborations to enhance engagement.</p><p>● Support product launch campaigns with social media creatives, influencer plans, and promotional content.</p><p>● Collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, and performance teams.</p><p>● Ensure timely execution of all social and influencer deliverables.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Good to have:</strong></p><p>● 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing (preferably in lifestyle, home decor, fashion, or D2C brands).</p><p>● Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form storytelling, and current trends.</p><p>● Experience in influencer scouting, negotiation, and campaign management.</p><p>● Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Creator tools, etc.).</p><p>● Excellent communication skills and creative thinking.</p><p>● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>● Aesthetic sense and familiarity with premium/modern brand tonality.</p>
