Responsibilities: Shoot and edit engaging reels with full-fledged setups Research and stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates Conceptualise, design and edit high-quality videos tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter. Monitor competitors and industry trends to generate creative ideas and strategies for content Create production-level videos that capture attention and deliver powerful messages. Develop promotional content for marketing products, services and initiatives. Stay updated with the latest video editing tools, techniques and social media trends to ensure content remains fresh and engaging. Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos, incorporating effects, transitions, and soundtracks. Innovate and experiment with formats and styles to improve engagement. Qualifications: 1.5–3 years of experience in content creation, especially short-form video. Proficiency in mobile shooting, basic lighting, framing, and styling. Ability to shoot independently and deliver according to the deadlines. Portfolio that includes meta ads Experience of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and video editing tools like (CapCut, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve a plus) Strong prompt writing ability to use the latest AI tools like Sora2, Veo3, Kling AI 2.5 etc Deep understanding of Instagram, Reels, and Shorts algorithms and what makes content go viral Proven ability to edit for metrics – specifically Hook Rate, CTR, and Retention Ability to source or integrate viral audio trends, subtitles, memes, and overlays seamlessly Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software is a plus Prior experience with skin and cosmetic clinics is a plus.
