Senior Technical Recruiter - Tech Sector

Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to join their rapidly expanding team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within India, focusing on sourcing and placing top talent within the technology sector. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of tech roles, from initial client engagement and requirement gathering to candidate sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in technical recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and an excellent understanding of the IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including software engineering, data science, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and more. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates using various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and referrals. Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviewing to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing expert recruitment advice. Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive talent landscape. Collaborate with the recruitment team to share best practices and contribute to overall team success. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Represent the company professionally and build a strong personal brand within the tech recruitment community. Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy. Proven expertise in sourcing and recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, including niche and hard-to-fill positions. Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools. Strong understanding of various technologies, programming languages, and IT domains. Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote, results-oriented environment. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential. A proactive, resilient, and client-focused approach.
