Senior Resident / Attending / Associate Consultant - Anesthesia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Resident/Attending Consultant/Associate Consultant in Anesthesia to join Max Healthcare. This is a critical role within our Healthcare & Life Sciences department, offering the opportunity to provide expert anesthesia services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in anesthesia and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures. Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed. Collaborate with surgeons and other medical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Manage and maintain anesthesia equipment. Participate in the training and supervision of junior medical staff. Qualifications / Requirements Medical Degree (MD/DNB/DM/DRNB) in Anaesthesiology. 0-4 years of post-specialization experience in anesthesia. Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and procedures. Excellent critical care skills and ability to manage ICU patients. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be a licensed Anaesthesiologist. Preferred Skills / Attributes Experience in Neuro Anesthesia Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Experience with anesthesia in a hospital setting. Proficiency in critical care procedures.
