Senior Recruitment Consultant - Technology

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, from client brief to offer negotiation. Source and attract high-caliber candidates through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and headhunting. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including screening interviews, technical evaluations, and reference checks. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing expert market insights. Build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified technology professionals. Achieve and exceed agreed-upon recruitment targets and KPIs. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the technology job market. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to enhance service delivery. Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices. Mentor junior members of the recruitment team and share best practices. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in recruitment, with a strong specialization in placing technology roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, IT managers). Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding recruitment targets. In-depth knowledge of the technology landscape and key skill sets. Excellent understanding of various sourcing strategies and recruitment methodologies. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and productively in a remote setting. Proficiency in recruitment CRM systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
