Senior Process Development Engineer
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Process Development Engineer to join their dynamic team in Delhi, Delhi, IN . Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and optimization of chemical processes from laboratory scale to pilot and full-scale production. Conduct thorough process hazard analyses (PHAs) and implement safety measures. Troubleshoot and resolve complex process issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Develop and validate new analytical methods to ensure product quality and process control. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to achieve project goals. Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in chemical engineering technologies and methodologies. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
Qualifications:
Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in process development, chemical manufacturing, or a related industrial setting. Expertise in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS). Strong understanding of reaction kinetics, thermodynamics, and mass transfer. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage projects and lead technical teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance is a plus.
