Senior Operations Executive

<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><strong>Responsibility -<br><br></strong><ul><li> Work independently to close deals and manage assigned clients.</li><li> Support senior-level colleagues in deal development and execution.</li><li> Take ownership of specific industry sectors or client segments.</li><li> Develop and deliver presentations to a variety of audiences.</li><li> Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the sustainability consulting space.</li><li> Qualify leads and develop relationships with potential clients.</li><li> Create and deliver compelling presentations about our services and solutions.</li><li> Negotiate and close deals with new clients.</li><li> Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.</li><li> Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings.</li><li> Contribute to the development and execution of the business development strategy.</li><li> Meet or exceed individual sales targets.</li><li> Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings.</li><li> Contribute to the development and execution of the business development strategy.</li><li> Meet or exceed individual sales targets.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Connect with importers/OEMs for supply chain sustainability</li><li> Connect with Financial Institutions/ International events</li><li> Connect with Manufacturing companies in SEZ/Industrial hubs</li><li> Graduate or Post Graduate + Excellent Interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Local Language</li><li>English language Proficiency</li><li> Experience in business development, sales, or a related field.</li><li> Experience in the sustainability consulting industry is a plus.</li><li> Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.</li><li> Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li> Strong relationship-building skills.</li><li> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li> Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact.</li><li> Experience Required 4-6 Years.</li></ul>
