Senior Manager - Electrical (Project)

<strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Update progress and MIS reports to reporting manager.</li><li>Periodically review overall progress of work in line with KRAs. </li><li>Work in coordination with other departments at the site.</li><li>Work towards zero NC (Non-compliance) and resolve at the earliest, if any.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Principle Accountabilities<br><br></strong>Strategic<br><br><ul><li>Monitoring, coordination & execution of electrical installation activities related 765KV/400KV GIS/AIS Switchyard, Power transformers, Reactors and Unit Auxiliary transformers, Transmission line along with OBL system for erection & commissioning in line with the schedule date of synchronisation of that unit.</li><li>Monitoring & coordination of electrical Operation & maintenance activities related to Construction Power switchyard and its associated systems and plant illumination.<br><br></li></ul>Operational<br><br><ul><li>Smooth and timely erection & commissioning of plant through coordination of relevant teams from Project and Generation.</li><li>Ensure that Quality as per Quality Plans & Safety as per safety guidelines.<br><br></li></ul>People Development & Growth<br><br><ul><li>Enable capability development of self & team members through knowledge sharing sessions.</li><li>Undergoing training required for self-development and share with other members.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong>Experience Total: With Degree : 15+ Years<br><br>With Diploma: 18+ Years<br><br><strong>Essential Qualification: </strong>B.E/ B.Tech/ Diploma in Electrical<br><br><strong>Essential Area Of Expertise<br><br></strong>Project Electrical Equipment’s Erection<br><br>Commissioning of Power Projects<br><br>Should have hands-on exposure of Erection, testing & Commissioning of Electrical System & equipment’s of power projects like AIS/GIS Switchyard, LT/HT Switchgear, Power & Distribution Transformers, Switchyard equipment’s, DC System & VFD’s etc.
