Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager

About the job:

We are looking for a proactive HR, Admin, and Client Relationship Executive to join our team. This role combines HR operations, administrative support, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is a female professional from Delhi NCR with strong multitasking skills, excellent communication, and a passion for building client relationships while managing HR and admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

A. HR Tasks:
1. Assist with recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
2. Maintain employee records, process payroll, and manage benefits.
3. Support onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement.

B. Administrative Support:
1. Manage office administration, including correspondence, scheduling, and logistics.
2. Organize office supplies and vendor relations.
3. Maintain digital files and records, and assist with other administrative tasks.

C. Client Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain positive client relationships.
2. Address client queries, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction.
3. Assist with client reports, proposals, and follow-up meetings.

D. General Support:
1. Collaborate with team members to meet organizational goals.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and improve operational efficiency.
