You will be responsible for delivering a range of facial treatments, body therapies, and personalized consultations, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of advanced facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, anti-aging, and specialized treatments tailored to individual client needs. Administer various body treatments such as massages, scrubs, wraps, and detoxification therapies. Conduct thorough skin analysis and provide expert recommendations for skincare routines and product usage. Educate clients on product benefits and demonstrate proper application techniques. Maintain meticulous client records, including treatment history, progress notes, and consultation details. Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are met in treatment rooms and spa facilities. Uphold the luxurious ambiance and professional service standards of the spa. Promote spa services and retail products to clients, driving revenue growth. Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the esthetics and spa industry through continuous training. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued. Handle client inquiries, appointments, and ensure smooth daily operations. Assist in training and mentoring junior spa therapists, sharing expertise and best practices. Contribute to the development of new treatment protocols and service offerings.
Qualifications: Certified Esthetician with a diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Esthetician or Spa Therapist, with significant experience in advanced facial and body treatments. Proven expertise in diagnosing skin conditions and recommending appropriate treatments and products. In-depth knowledge of skincare ingredients, product formulations, and various treatment modalities. Experience with advanced equipment such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, laser treatments, and radiofrequency is highly desirable. Excellent client consultation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust. A strong commitment to client satisfaction and delivering personalized experiences. Knowledge of massage techniques and other spa therapies. Professional demeanor and a positive attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
