Role Overview As a Soft Collection Agent, you will be responsible for managing repayment follow-ups with CRED members in a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner. The focus will be on early-stage / soft collections through non-intrusive communication, ensuring customer experience is never compromised while achieving recovery targets. Urgent Hiring – Senior Collection Agent Location: Gurgaon sec 18 Process: CRED Designation: Collection Agent (Soft collection) Qualification: Minimum fresher Graduate or undergraduate with experience Salary: Upto Rs. 30,000 CTC (Based on Interview) Experience: Freshers and Experienced – Both Can Apply Communication Test: Versant Level 5 Working Days: 6 Days a Week Key Responsibilities - Contact CRED members with overdue accounts via calls, emails, and in-app communication. - Educate members on repayment schedules, available payment options, and resolve payment-related queries. - Handle sensitive conversations with empathy while maintaining professionalism. - Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI regulations, and data security guidelines. - Maintain accurate call records, repayment commitments, and follow-up actions in CRM systems. - Coordinate with internal teams for escalations or disputes. - Strive to achieve individual and team recovery targets while ensuring a positive member experience. Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in customer service / collections (preferably in fintech, NBFCs, or banking). - Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; regional languages will be an added advantage). - Ability to handle repayment discussions with empathy and negotiation skills. - Basic knowledge of loan products, credit cards, and repayment cycles. - Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Suite. - High ethical standards, patience, and problem-solving mindset.
