Sales Trainee – Field Sales (EdTech/Software Services)
<p><span>We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Trainees to join our team. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our educational technology products directly to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and individual educators. This is a field/office-based hybrid role that requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and a hunger to learn and grow in sales.<br></span></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><span>Conduct field visits to educational institutions and potential clients</span></li><li><span>Present and demonstrate EdTech products to decision-makers and educators</span></li><li><span>Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business</span></li><li><span>Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs</span></li><li><span>Gather market intelligence and feedback to improve product offerings</span></li><li><span>Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills</span></li><li><span>Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions<br></span></li></ul><strong>Requirements</strong><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication and presentation skills</span></li><li><span>Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory</span></li><li><span>Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities</span></li><li><span>Self-motivated with a positive attitude and growth mindset</span></li><li><span>Basic understanding of EdTech products is a plus</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
