<p><strong>🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Head – Rx Dermatology Division | Puresta (Gurgaon)</strong></p><p>Puresta is building a new <strong>Rx Dermatology & Personal Care Division</strong>, and we’re looking for a <strong>Sales Head</strong> who has <strong>strong experience in Derma Rx sales</strong> and has <strong>handled doctor-facing field teams</strong>.</p><p><strong>Who We’re Looking For</strong></p><p>✔ 8–12+ years in <strong>Dermatology / Cosmeceutical / Derma Rx</strong> sales</p><p> ✔ 4–5+ years leading <strong>medical reps/ASM/RSM teams</strong></p><p> ✔ Strong network of <strong>Dermatologists, Cosmetologists & Skin Clinics</strong></p><p> ✔ Proven experience launching & scaling <strong>Rx derma products</strong></p><p> ✔ Experience managing large on-ground teams & doctor coverage plans</p><p><strong>What You’ll Lead</strong></p><p>• Build and scale our <strong>national derma sales team</strong></p><p> • Drive <strong>prescription growth</strong> and nationwide expansion</p><p> • Lead doctor engagement, territory planning & distribution setup</p><p> • Full responsibility for <strong>Rx sales strategy & execution</strong></p><p><br></p><p>📍 <strong>Location:</strong> Gurgaon (On-site)</p><p> 📩 <strong>Apply:</strong> neha@puresta.in</p><p><strong>Only candidates with Dermatology doctor-handling experience will be considered.</strong></p>
