Sales Executive | Uttar Pradesh & Uttara Khand
Berger Paints is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join their growing team in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. This full-time, permanent position within the Sales & Business Development department offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales and build relationships in the paints and building materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and executing marketing initiatives within their assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner relationships Drive retail and B2B sales within the assigned territory Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis Ensure on-ground brand visibility and execution of marketing initiatives Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory. 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the paints, building materials, or FMCG industries. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Must be below 27 years of age. Must have experience in field sales. Must be a resident of the eligible districts/territories listed in the job description. Preferred Skills / Attributes Experience in Furniture Sales, Retail Sales, or related fields. Familiarity with the local market and customer base. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving abilities and a target-driven mindset. Knowledge of the paints industry and building materials.
