This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in total rewards, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for aligning compensation initiatives with business strategy.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Program Leadership: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive employee rewards programs that drive performance, engagement, and retention.</li><li>Strategic Partnership: Work closely with HR and business leaders to ensure reward programs are aligned with organizational goals.</li><li>Market Competitiveness: Analyze compensation and benefits trends to recommend enhancements that maintain market competitiveness.</li><li>Analytics & Measurement: Use data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of rewards programs, drive continuous improvement, and support decision-making.</li><li>Communication & Change Management: Lead the rollout of new programs, ensuring employees understand the value and mechanics of rewards offerings.</li><li>Compliance Oversight: Stay informed about compensation regulations and labor laws to ensure full compliance.</li><li>Financial Collaboration: Partner with Finance to manage program budgets and monitor cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Audits & Reviews: Conduct regular audits and reviews to evaluate efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with employee needs and business outcomes.</li><li>Stakeholder Guidance: Provide subject matter expertise and support to HRBPs, managers, and employees on rewards-related inquiries.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements & Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in rewards, total rewards, or compensation roles.</li><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills; experience with compensation tools and HRIS systems.</li><li>Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex information clearly and confidently to stakeholders.</li><li>Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how rewards impact organizational performance, talent retention, and employee motivation.</li><li>Compliance Knowledge: Solid grasp of relevant labor laws and compensation regulations.</li><li>Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.</li></ul>
