Retail Store Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage retail store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Oversee franchisee acquisition and development processes to expand the company's presence in new markets.
- Collaborate with architects and interior designers to create visually appealing spaces that meet client expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-5 years of experience in retail outlet management or related field (franchise sales/franchisee development).
- Strong understanding of secondary sales principles and ability to develop successful partnerships with clients.
- Proven track record of achieving targets through effective project sales strategies.
