Key Responsibilities :

Handle customer inquiries and support requests through live chat in

Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain professional and empathetic communication at all times.

Requirements :

Spanish language proficiency :

B1 level or higher (speaking, reading, and writing).

English proficiency :

Good command of written and spoken English.

Strong typing and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
