Reddit Marketing Specialist for Crypto Exchange

We support 500+ tokens across 20+ chains and focus on privacy, simplicity, and early access to new assets.<br>We’re looking for a Reddit Marketing Specialist who knows how to build conversations, drive engagement, and grow brand visibility organically within Reddit communities.<br>Responsibilities<br>Create and manage Reddit threads that highlight BaltEX’s features, updates, and unique value (privacy-first, cross-chain swaps, early token listings).<br>Engage in crypto-related subreddits with genuine discussions, answering questions, and positioning BaltEX as a trusted solution.<br>Boost brand awareness by building activity under relevant threads (“top crypto exchanges,” “where to swap tokens,” etc.).<br>Work on organic promotion strategies (upvotes, comments, AMA-style interactions) without spam.<br>Monitor trends and opportunities within Reddit to insert BaltEX naturally into conversations.<br>Report weekly on thread performance, engagement, and growth.<br>Requirements<br>Proven experience with Reddit marketing/community building, ideally in crypto/Web3.<br>Understanding of crypto exchanges, DeFi, and token swaps.<br>Ability to create authentic, engaging, and non-spammy content.<br>Knowledge of Reddit culture, rules, and best practices.<br>Active Reddit account(s) with good karma/history is a plus.<br> <br>What We Offer<br>Competitive payment in USDT/USDC or crypto.<br>Long-term collaboration if KPIs are met.<br>The chance to help shape the voice of BaltEX on one of the most influential crypto platforms.<br>How to Apply<br>Send links to your previous Reddit campaigns/posts.<br>Share your pricing model (per thread, per campaign, or monthly retainer).<br>Provide your Reddit account(s) details (karma level, niche experience).
