About the job:
Key Responsibilities:A. Recruitment:
1. Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for clients you secure, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.), screening, interviewing, and presenting offers.
2. Candidate management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles and industries. Provide a positive experience for all candidates.
3. Client management: Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients on recruitment matters, ensuring a clear understanding of their hiring needs, company culture, and timelines.
B. Business development (BD):
1. Lead generation: Proactively identify and target potential clients that require recruitment or HR consulting services through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social selling.
2. Pipeline management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting potential business opportunities.
3. Proposal & negotiation: Create compelling proposals and negotiate service agreements and pricing with prospective clients.
4. Client relationship management: Successfully close new business and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
