Production Engineer ( Sihani Chungi - Ghaziabad )

 key Responsibilities:

Handle complete production process (from raw material to final dispatch)
Strong knowledge of Casting, Forging, Fabrication, and Sheet Metal processes when, where, and why to use each
Understand production capacity and cycle times per machine/process
Track Planned vs. Actual production progress, ensure quality checks
Create and review BOM (Bill of Material) from production drawings
Expertise in Drawing Reading, Drawing Creation & AutoCAD
Coordinate with shop floor workers & supervisors, ensuring discipline and productivity
Apply material grade knowledge to achieve product reliability

Experience in CNC Machine, Lathe Machine, Milling Machine, and CNC Programming
Knowledge of Casting, Forging, Material Knowledge, and Metallurgy
Hands-on with Measuring Instruments @Vernier Caliper, @Micrometer, @Hardness Tester
Understanding of Cutting, Bending, Welding, Finishing processes
Skilled in GA Drawing, Manufacturing Drawing, and BOM Creation
Ability to handle multi-product manufacturing (1000-5000 products) and process understanding
