Procurement Manager/Dy. Manager/Asst. Manager (Factory)

As an experienced candidate with 7+ years of experience, the role of Procurement/Sourcing Manager in Noida will require you to handle various responsibilities related to procurement and vendor management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Procurement and sourcing of raw materials, BOPs (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) - Managing vendor relationships by identifying new suppliers, enabling and sustaining them, liaising with them, issuing POs, scheduling deliveries, and following up - Planning procurement activities while being conscious of inventory levels - Identifying and eliminating bottlenecks in the procurement process - Collaborating with internal customers such as sales, post-sales services, and production departments - Ensuring statutory and audit compliance in all procurement activities - Possessing knowledge of imports, incoterms, and experience in engaging with overseas suppliers To excel in this role, you should hold a Diploma/BE/MBA qualification and possess the following desired skills: - Demonstrated willingness to find ways to reduce costs, negotiate effectively, and explore alternative sourcing methods - Perseverance and a proactive attitude towards taking ownership of tasks - Maturity to understand the dynamics of the company's business trends - Proficiency in costing, ability to benchmark prices, and develop effective negotiating strategies - Ability to create supply chain strategies that align with and support business needs - Understanding of product requirements and the needs of internal customers - Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and IT proficiency, including experience with ERPs - Sensitivity towards inventory management and adherence to standard operating procedures as a custodian If you are looking to join a dynamic company in Noida and have a strong background in procurement and sourcing, this role could be an excellent fit for you.,
