As a member of the team at Finlaw, your role will involve editing raw podcast recordings to create professional-quality content. Your key responsibilities will include: - Editing raw podcast recordings such as interviews, intros/outros, and ads - Removing background noise, filler words, silences, and distractions - Mixing and mastering audio to meet professional-quality standards - Adding intro/outro music, sound effects, and transitions - Collaborating with hosts and producers to achieve creative and publishing goals - Ensuring consistency in audio branding and quality across episodes - Delivering final edited files on time in the required format The ideal candidate for this position would possess the following qualifications: - 2+ years of podcast or audio editing experience - Proficiency in audio editing software such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, Descript, or Reaper - Strong understanding of EQ, compression, leveling, and noise reduction techniques - Familiarity with remote recording platforms like Zencastr, Riverside, or SquadCast - Excellent communication and deadline management skills If you are passionate about creating high-quality audio content and have the necessary experience and skills, we invite you to join our team at Finlaw.,
