Role Description This is a full-time, in office role located in Gurugram for a Physiotherapy Assistant. The Physiotherapy Assistant will work closely with the care team to support patients through their rehabilitation process. Responsibilities include assisting in implementing therapy plans, providing hands-on patient care, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and collaborating with the team to monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed. The role will also involve assisting in documentation and maintaining a secure and effective treatment workplace. Qualifications Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Demonstrated experience in Patient Care and providing Quality Patient Care Understanding of Orthopedics and related therapeutic techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team-based workplace Ability to adapt and support individualized treatment plans Professional certification or diploma in physiotherapy or a related field (preferred) Previous experience in neurological or orthopedic rehabilitation is a plus Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
