Our company also facilitate coaches by providing easy access to train students locally and regionally. Location:Remote, Work-from-home Coaching Responsibilities:Train students on one-to-one private settings both online and offlineTrain small group settings (up to 5 students) both online and offlineParticipate in our education centre meetups and workshopsMaintain coach profile and regularly add contentCollaborate and interact within our online communityRegularly update coaching scheduleStay updated with the latest learning tools and coaching methodsIdentifying specific needs of each studentCoach Requirements:Responsible, committed with a strong passion for training and coachingAble to communicate in English and mother tongueFamiliar with training methodsGreat content knowledge and expertiseAble to work well with students from different backgroundsAble to maintain discipline amongst studentsAble to effectively explain and demonstrate conceptsGood written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management skillsExperience in coaching remotely/online (optional)Access to a fast and reliable internet connectionHave access to a personal laptop with a webcameraNote: Applicants may be invited to go through a round of online interview before being shortlisted. Company Video: https://perfectrecall.app/recording/5e8da458-8a2c-417c-ad03-158ffe5273be
