Performance Marketing Campaign Manager
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Noida/Indirapuram, <span>Hybrid</span></p><p><strong>Company:</strong> Elevate Biz Hub</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p><strong> We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Campaign Manager</strong> to lead multi-channel performance marketing campaigns for Dubai’s real estate and luxury product portfolios. This role demands a results-oriented marketer who can blend analytical precision with creative strategy to drive measurable growth and high-quality lead generation.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and execute <strong>multi-channel ad campaigns</strong> across <strong>Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Taboola, Outbrain, and DV360</strong>.</li><li>Drive <strong>lead generation and brand visibility</strong> for premium Dubai real estate and luxury product portfolios.</li><li>Optimize campaign performance across <strong>CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, and ROAS</strong>.</li><li>Develop and manage <strong>keyword strategy, ad copy, audience segmentation, and retargeting frameworks</strong>.</li><li>Set up and track conversions using <strong>GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag</strong>.</li><li>Manage and integrate <strong>CRM systems</strong> (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, LeadSquared) for:</li></ul><p>- Lead scoring and nurturing</p><p>- Automation workflows and funnel optimisation</p><p>- API/webhook integrations and data enrichment (Clearbit, Apollo.io)</p><ul><li>Improve <strong>landing page conversions (CRO)</strong> through <strong>A/B testing, UX/UI optimisation</strong>, and <strong>SEO </strong>alignment.</li><li>Utilise <strong>AI-driven campaign optimisation</strong> and data-based insights for continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with creative, sales, and tech teams to align campaign goals with overall business strategy.</li></ul><p>Skills & Experience</p><ul><li>4–6 years of <strong>performance marketing or campaign management</strong> experience.</li><li>Proven expertise with <strong>Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360, and native ad platforms</strong>.</li><li>Strong analytical proficiency in <strong>GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>CRM automation tools</strong> (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or LeadSquared).</li><li>Sound understanding of <strong>CRO, UX/UI, SEO</strong>, and <strong>A/B testing techniques</strong>.</li><li>Data-driven decision maker with excellent communication and project-management skills.</li><li>Prior experience in <strong>Dubai real estate or luxury marketing</strong> is highly preferred.</li></ul>
