We are looking for a dynamic highly motivated professional to join our Founder s Office in Mumbai This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on strategic initiatives across multiple functions from category and product to strategy operations and customer experience If you enjoy solving diverse business problems thrive in ambiguity and are eager to make a tangible impact across different verticals this is the role for you Key Responsibilities Work closely with the senior leadership to drive strategic and operational projects across business functions Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth within key functions such as Category Management Marketing Strategy Product Customer Support or Operations Conduct data driven analysis to support decision making and business planning Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives Prepare management updates business reviews and reports for strategic discussions Act as the bridge between multiple teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution Ideal Candidate Profile 2 4 years of professional experience in consulting startup operations strategy or category management Graduate or MBA from a Tier 1 institution IIT IIM ISB SPJIMR etc Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills Comfortable operating in an unstructured fast paced environment High sense of ownership curiosity and adaptability to work across multiple business areas Prior experience in consumer internet retail or e commerce domains will be an added advantage Why Join Us Be at the center of business decision making and execution Work directly with the Founders and Leadership team Steep learning curve with exposure to multiple domains Opportunity to take on leadership roles in core functions over time
