People & Talent Associate (HR & People Ops | D2C Startup)

<p>We’re hiring a <strong>People & Talent Associate</strong> with <strong>1–3 years</strong> of experience in HR / recruitment, ideally in a <strong>D2C, startup, or agency</strong> setup.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a <strong>junior–mid level role</strong>, perfect for someone who has worked as an <strong>HR Executive / Recruiter</strong> and now wants more <strong>ownership across hiring, people operations, and basic HR systems</strong>.</p><p><br></p>⚠️ If you have <strong>5+ years of experience</strong> or are looking for a <strong>Manager / Head</strong> title, this role will feel too junior for you.<br><strong>About DIRTS<br></strong><p><strong>DIRTS</strong> is a fast-growing <strong>D2C wellness and lifestyle brand</strong> under <strong>Apex Advertisers</strong>, building innovative, non-invasive products like <strong>Foot Alignment Socks, Barefoot Socks, TENS massagers</strong>, and more.</p><p>We’re a small, fast-moving team (video editors, script writers, callers, operations, marketing) and now looking for someone to <strong>own HR, hiring, and basic people operations</strong> from our office in <strong>Sector 63, Noida</strong>.</p><p><br></p><strong>What You’ll Own<br></strong>1️⃣ Talent Sourcing & Hiring<br><ul><li>Source candidates for roles like <strong>Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Photographer/Cinematographer, Performance Media Buyer, Marketplace Manager, Calling/Operations roles</strong>, etc.</li><li>Use multiple channels: <strong>LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, referrals, job boards, campuses, and social media</strong>.</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct first-round HR calls, and coordinate further interviews with the founder/team leads.</li><li>Manage <strong>Google Forms & Sheets</strong> for candidate database, stages, and evaluations.</li></ul><p><br></p>2️⃣ HR & People Operations<ul><li>Help with <strong>offer letters, basic HR documentation, onboarding checklists, and joining formalities</strong>.</li><li>Maintain records for <strong>attendance, leaves, probation, confirmations</strong>, etc.</li><li>Coordinate with management on <strong>role clarity, updates, and follow-ups</strong>.</li></ul><p><br></p>3️⃣ LinkedIn & Employer Branding<ul><li>Maintain and grow the <strong>DIRTS LinkedIn Company Page</strong>.</li><li>Post <strong>hiring updates, company culture, achievements, team highlights</strong>, etc.</li><li>Help position DIRTS as a <strong>great place to work</strong> for creative and marketing talent.</li></ul><p><br></p>4️⃣ Tools & Systems (ClickUp + Slack)<ul><li>Use <strong>ClickUp</strong> to track tasks related to hiring, onboarding, and HR processes.</li><li>Use <strong>Slack</strong> (or similar tools) for team communication and updates.</li><li>Keep everything <strong>documented and organised</strong> for future scaling.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>You’re a Great Fit if You:</strong><ul><li>Have <strong>1–3 years</strong> of experience in <strong>HR / Talent Acquisition / People Ops</strong>.</li><li>Have worked in a <strong>startup / D2C brand / agency / creative environment</strong> (preferred).</li><li>Are comfortable with <strong>on-site work in Sector 70, Noida</strong>.</li><li>Enjoy <strong>talking to people, understanding roles, and matching the right candidates</strong>.</li><li>Are organised with <strong>Google Sheets, Google Forms, and basic documentation</strong>.</li><li>Have used or are willing to quickly learn tools like <strong>ClickUp & Slack</strong>.</li><li>Are proactive, reliable, and like taking <strong>ownership</strong> instead of just following instructions.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Why Work With DIRTS</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Work directly with the <strong>Founder</strong> and core team.</li><li>Get <strong>real ownership</strong> over the entire hiring and people process, not just coordination tasks.</li><li>Learn how a <strong>D2C brand</strong> is built — from creative to performance to operations.</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a <strong>People & Talent Lead / Manager</strong> as the team and brand scale.</li></ul><p><br></p>
