The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with <strong>Oracle EPM Cloud modules</strong>, such as <strong>FCCS, EPBCS</strong>, and <strong>EDMCS</strong>, and a strong background in <strong>financial processes</strong>, <strong>data integration</strong>, and <strong>ERP systems</strong>.</p><p>As part of our team, you will be responsible for:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Leading <strong>end-to-end implementation</strong> and configuration of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.</li><li>Working closely with <strong>finance teams</strong> to gather requirements and translate them into functional/technical designs.</li><li>Supporting the integration of <strong>data sources</strong> with Oracle EPM Cloud (e.g., <strong>Oracle Fusion</strong>, <strong>SAP</strong>).</li><li>Performing <strong>business analysis</strong>, <strong>gap analysis</strong>, and providing <strong>solution architecture</strong>.</li><li>Conducting <strong>unit testing</strong>, <strong>UAT</strong>, and creating <strong>documentation</strong> for the implemented solutions.</li><li>Providing <strong>post-implementation support</strong>, troubleshooting, and conducting <strong>user training</strong> sessions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Implementation & Configuration:</strong> Design, configure, and deploy <strong>Oracle EPM Cloud</strong> modules such as <strong>FCCS</strong>, <strong>EPBCS</strong>, <strong>EDMCS</strong>, and others.</li><li><strong>Business Analysis:</strong> Collaborate with finance teams to <strong>gather requirements</strong>, perform <strong>gap analysis</strong>, and translate them into <strong>technical solutions</strong>.</li><li><strong>Data Integration:</strong> Set up and manage <strong>data integrations</strong> between <strong>Oracle EPM Cloud</strong> and <strong>ERP systems</strong> (e.g., <strong>Oracle Fusion</strong>, <strong>SAP</strong>).</li><li><strong>Testing & Documentation:</strong> Execute <strong>unit testing</strong>, <strong>UAT</strong>, and prepare <strong>design</strong> and <strong>technical documentation</strong>.</li><li><strong>Support & Training:</strong> Provide <strong>post-implementation support</strong>, <strong>troubleshooting</strong>, and deliver <strong>user training</strong>.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in <strong>Finance, Accounting, Information Systems</strong>, or related field.</li><li><strong>2–7+ years</strong> of hands-on experience in <strong>Oracle EPM Cloud</strong> or <strong>Hyperion</strong> (PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS).</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>metadata management</strong>, <strong>data integration</strong>, <strong>business rules</strong>, and <strong>SmartView/Excel integrations</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Data Management</strong> and <strong>FDMEE</strong> for integrating <strong>ERP systems</strong> (e.g., <strong>Oracle Fusion</strong>, <strong>SAP</strong>, <strong>EBS</strong>).</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>financial processes</strong>: <strong>budgeting</strong>, <strong>forecasting</strong>, <strong>consolidation</strong>, <strong>reporting</strong>, and <strong>account reconciliation</strong>.</li><li>Excellent <strong>communication</strong>, <strong>documentation</strong>, and <strong>presentation skills</strong>.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills (Good to Have):</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Oracle EPM Cloud certifications</strong> (e.g., <strong>Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist</strong>).</li><li>Experience with <strong>Hyperion Planning</strong>, <strong>Essbase</strong>, or <strong>HFM</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>SQL</strong>, <strong>scripting</strong>, or <strong>REST APIs</strong>.</li><li>Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.</li></ul><p><br></p>
