Job Description We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Mathematics Teacher for ICSE Board to join our online coaching academy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and a commitment to student success, utilizing innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning experiences. Responsibilities Design and deliver Mathematics lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, quizzes, and assignments. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student participation and engagement. Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey. Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement. Stay updated on educational best practices and advancements in mathematics education. Participate in internal meetings and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Teaching certification (CTET) is a plus. Proven experience teaching mathematics at (specific level, e.g., middle school, high school, etc.). Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and problem-solving strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with online teaching platforms and educational technology. Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual environment Preferred Skills Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning. Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques.
