This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about performance marketing, eager to learn, and excited to build a career in e-commerce advertising. You will be responsible for assisting in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive conversions and revenue for e-commerce brands.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns focused on e-commerce performance.</li><li>Conduct market and audience research to identify high-potential targeting opportunities.</li><li>Analyze campaign data to evaluate KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.</li><li>Develop basic ad creatives or coordinate with design teams to improve campaign performance.</li><li>Support A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audiences.</li><li>Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and overall campaign delivery.</li><li>Prepare performance reports and share insights with the internal team.</li><li>Stay updated on Meta Ads policies, e-commerce trends, and best practices in digital advertising.</li><li>Collaborate with senior media buyers to execute growth strategies for multiple e-commerce brands.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook Business Manager).</li><li>Interest in e-commerce marketing and paid digital advertising.</li><li>Strong analytical and numerical skills.</li><li>Ability to work with data, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork abilities.</li><li>Creative mindset with willingness to test and experiment.</li><li>Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Skills (Good to Have)</strong></p><ul><li>Basic knowledge of pixel setup, events, and tracking.</li><li>Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Exposure to Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.</li><li>Understanding of funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation.</li></ul>
