Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Prepare detailed cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for various projects.</p><p>- Analyse project specifications, blueprints, and proposals to determine the scope of work and required materials.</p><p>- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes for materials and services.</p><p>- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of costs and unit rates.</p><p>- Collaborate with the project management and engineering teams throughout the bidding process.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><p>- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.</p><p>- Years of experience - 1 to 3 Years.</p><p>- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel.</p>
