Marketing Lead

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of fashion and lifestyle consumer behavior, with proven experience in building aspirational brands, driving omni-channel marketing strategies, and delivering impactful campaigns that resonate with modern, style-conscious men.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>1. Brand Strategy & Positioning</strong></p><ul><li>Define and refine the brand’s positioning, personality, and communication tone in line with market trends and customer expectations.</li><li>Develop long-term brand growth plans to strengthen awareness, recall, and equity in the premium menswear segment.</li><li>Lead the execution of seasonal brand campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and in-store media.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Marketing Planning & Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Create and execute integrated marketing calendars aligned with product drops, seasons, and key brand moments.</li><li>Manage end-to-end campaign development – concept, creative brief, content, media planning, execution, and performance tracking.</li><li>Coordinate with creative agencies, content teams, stylists, and photographers to develop best-in-class assets.</li></ul><p><strong>3. Digital & Performance Marketing</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with digital marketing teams to drive ROI-focused campaigns across paid social, search, and display channels.</li><li>Oversee influencer marketing, content partnerships, and social media strategy to build brand advocacy and online presence.</li><li>Monitor customer engagement and optimize campaigns based on insights and analytics.</li></ul><p><strong>4. Retail & Visual Merchandising Support</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with retail and VM teams to ensure brand consistency across store environments, POPs, and window displays.</li><li>Plan and execute localized retail activations and launch events in high-performing regions or flagship stores.</li></ul><p><strong>5. PR, Events & Collaborations</strong></p><ul><li>Build strong relationships with media, stylists, and fashion editors to drive earned coverage.</li><li>Identify and manage high-impact brand collaborations, sponsorships, and events aligned with brand ethos.</li></ul><p><strong>6. Market & Consumer Insights</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis regularly.</li><li>Lead consumer research initiatives to refine targeting, pricing, and messaging strategies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Fashion Management, or Business Administration.</li><li>10–15 years of progressive experience in fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods.</li><li>Proven track record of leading brand marketing for a premium or luxury brand.</li><li>Deep understanding of fashion trends, luxury positioning, and customer psychographics.</li><li>Strong creative sensibility with data-driven decision-making skills.</li><li>Experience in managing cross-functional teams, agencies, and large-scale budgets.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.</li></ul><p></p>
