Manufacturing Process Engineer

Responsibilities: Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost. Develop, implement, and optimize new and existing manufacturing processes. Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operation and adherence to processes. Work with the quality assurance team to maintain and improve product quality standards. Evaluate and recommend new manufacturing technologies and equipment. Participate in the design and implementation of new production lines. Conduct time and motion studies to improve workflow and productivity. Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives and waste reduction programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering. Solid understanding of manufacturing principles, production methods, and quality control. Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
