Loan Officer

<p>HouseEazy is a fast growing technology platform that aims to revolutionize the secondary residential transactions by making them transparent, simple, and super-quick.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking to recruit a Assistant Manager - Mortgage for managing bank/Nbfc relationships and offering the best mortgage services to our consumers.</p><p>- This role would entail tie ups with all Banks and NBFC as loan partners on best terms.</p><p>- Pitch the different loan schemes to our consumers and convert them.</p><p>- Achieve monthly loan disbursal targets.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirement :</strong></p><p>- Study and prepare comparatives of products offering of multiple financers.</p><p>- Work extensively on New Acquisition of banks/NBFCs and leasing companies as our financing partners.</p><p>- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, relationship building skills.</p><p>- Must be a self-starter and work with a sense of urgency.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile :</strong></p><p>- Industry Preferred: Banking, Insurance, NBFC, and Home Loans.</p><p>- Experience - Graduate with an experience 2 to 5 years.</p><p>- Existing relationships with Banks/NBFCs preferred.</p>
