<p>Designation: Legal Support Specialist</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Description: </u></strong></p><p><strong><u> </u></strong></p><p><strong>Provide legal and compliance advice and support to the company on a broad range of legal matters including contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property, ESG, data privacy and protection, employment law, antitrust, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, tax, and technology (IT), to address legal and compliance issues and provide proactive legal and compliance support</strong></p><p><strong><u> </u></strong></p><p>Responsible for Contract Management activities in CM Ariba or other corresponding tool, Contract Automation, corporate repositories </p><p><br></p><p>support, technical issues resolutions, support for new markets joining the services (presentations, training sessions etc.) </p><p><strong><u> </u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><strong><u> </u></strong></p><ul><li>To participate in the definition and implementation of Legal Support team\R2R objectives, in line with NBS Lviv OMP strategy.</li><li>Execute PDP plans created in cooperation with the Line Manager.</li><li>Execute accurately and in accordance with Market deadlines the agreed Legal Support Services implementation.</li><li>Participation and/or the leading of Work shadowing/Training sessions/Presentations for a country or entity of Legal Support </li></ul><p>activities to support new implementations.</p><ul><li>In accordance with defined Standard Routines, download, analyse, consolidate, and report on the defined data.</li><li>Ensure efficient and proactive cooperation on different levels of Legal Support Services implementation.</li><li>Responsible for technical support and issues resolution follow-up in cooperation with Group Legal in the Market and IS/IT</li></ul><p>support.</p><ul><li>Deliver analyses, documentation and testing of process development, logic, process flows and specifications.</li><li>Leads and participates in continuous improvement activities through proven usage of Service improving techniques and data </li></ul><p>analytics tools.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Update the Standard Routines due to legal or process changes.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with Nestle standards, and adherence to R&C matrix.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge and experience of working with technical solutions and sofrware used by Legal Support Team, Excel.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Interest, knowledge, and aptitude for Legal operations, contract management and related activities</li></ul><p></p>
